Visualization of Air Flows

To optimise the flow or energy aspects of a machine, a comprehensive understanding of the aerodynamic processes is essential. An experimental visualisation makes flow effects visible in their application. To do so, we use the latest HD cameras and LED or laser sections, allowing us to document air flows and corresponding flow lines – from the smallest up to very large flow areas. In some cases, a measuring method using tracer gas is used, with which not only the flow paths, but also the concentrations (freight/load) in the air can be determined. With that knowledge we create ideal conditions for optimising and increasing the efficiency of your process, for which we would be happy to devise solution concepts for you.
