Wolf Hartmann has been Chairman of the Board of Management at LTG Aktiengesellschaft since 2011. He is responsible for sales in comfort and process air technology, for commercial aspects and for production. After studying process technology at Munich Technical University and starting his career in building services planning, Wolf Hartmann made an early switch to the ventilation and air-conditioning industry. He now has many years of experience in the industry, and has worked in executive positions for several German and European manufacturers. Wolf Hartmann is also involved in a number of associations, including the German Mechanical and Plant Engineering Association (VDMA) as a board member for Air Handling Technology.

Ralf Wagner began his career at the company in 1994 as a development engineer after studying aerospace engineering. In 1999, he became director of the research laboratory and the comfort air development division. Since 2008, Mr Wagner has been responsible for both the entire engineering services division and the development for air-conditioning and process air technology. He was personally involved in many of LTG AG’s countless inventions and patents, and represents the company in several standardisation and association committees such as DIN and FGK.
